Practical Competence of Bareboat Charter Master Rank
Captain Roger Phillips of the Newport Beach Sailing School conducted my on-the-water assessment for the SLC. He is an experienced sailor and sailing instructor, with an easygoing and encouraging style. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and detail-oriented. He ensures you have a solid understanding of the seamanship concepts being taught/assessed.
