Is it normal not to get the exact distance as in de answer? In 2 of the 3 I get a difference of .2 and .3 NM difference. I tried several times with different methods and still. Thank you.

Likewise. Also the course degrees are usually off a touch. I blame the chart printing. A small amount of difference there would have this effect.

I've been experiencing some inconsistency with my charting and course degrees. I found that my Breton Plotter was not riveted together accurately. I bought a different plotter.
